I get the sentiment of the whole "I'd pick a bear" thing as a lot of nasty and dangerous guys exist. The same goes for women, lotta bad apples. Yet... most guys I know personally would try to fight a bear off if it was attacking a woman. Most I know personally I belive would do so even for a mean woman who was saying she'd pick a bear over a man for safety five minutes earlier.
There are a lot of good guys. A lot of men honor women.
Heck, 73% of women on board survived the Titanic. 19% of men survived. Horrible men with their stupid ideas of women and children first. Dangerous and cruel, choosing death for women to live. Women they didn't even know.
Not all men ar bad.
Doesn't mean there aren't guys I'd think more dangerous to a woman than a bear, but painting all men like that is crud. Painting most like that is crud. The weirdest part is I've seen women say this stuff who have sons. What kind of son did you raise?
